Isolait is a family of two apps for iPhone; Voice Isolation also runs on iPad. Each has its own language list, and both need iOS 18 or later. If you are looking for a specific language, find it below and then pick the app.
The whole app follows your iPhone's language setting. Live captions can also listen for a different language than the one the app is displayed in: choose the transcription language inside the app.
The whole app follows your iPhone's language setting. Sensory Comfort has separate Spanish (Spain and Mexico) and Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal) versions.
In Voice Isolation, yes. You choose which language transcription listens for. On iOS 26 or later this uses Apple's newest on-device speech model. On iOS 18–25, captions use an older on-device model; to caption another language there, add that language as a keyboard in Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards.
The app interface will appear in English if your iPhone is set to a language that is not listed. Captions and translation depend on the language being spoken, so check the lists above.
Both apps need iOS 18 or later, and Voice Isolation also runs on iPad (iPadOS 18 or later). In Voice Isolation, Travel Mode and Summarize need iOS 26. All processing is on-device, with no account required.
Sensory Comfort is a sound-comfort tool only, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage any medical condition, including autism, ADHD, hyperacusis, misophonia or tinnitus.
